Saturday 14/6/08 Fuel and get started.
The engine fired up on about kick 4 very happy with that.
Engine runs nicely . No excessive revs due to having new ring.
Developed a weeping fuel leak at the float bowl join after 10 minutes .
Yet to rectify, other than that all A ok.

Ok what can be used for 125a electrical.
The YZ 125 C will not fit as the width is to wide.
The CDI box is the same part number for both the YZ 125C and the yz125A (PN/364-85540-13-00) So if you can modify the overall thickness of the 125c stator it should work.Note the below pictures are of a YZ125A stator.

Paint stripper

All the paint removed and now the rust is exposed, easy fix bead blast or chemical clean.
I will be chemically cleaning.
The reason I prefer this is you don't run the risk of blasting particals lodging in the paint surface, no matter how well you blow the frame out there will nearly always be some particals left.
